IB Shadowing 2018

Do you want to shadow a Largo IB student for the day?

Current 8th grade students that are interested in learning more about Largo High School's International Baccalaureate Programme can schedule a day to come and shadow a 9th grade IB Ambassador. They will attend a full day of classes with their IB Ambassador and will also be introduced to different IB teachers and staff members. We also try to pair prospective students with an Ambassador who is taking electives they may be interested in taking.

Please submit your baby pictures and senior pictures to Mrs. Wolfe ASAP for the pinning ceremony; if they’re not in by Monday she will not have time to edit them into the slide show.

Dartmouth Visits Largo and Tampa

Can’t make it to Hanover? No problem, Dartmouth is coming to Largo HS to visit students on November 1st. Parents and students can also attend the Tampa session on October 30th. Tampa Information Sesssion Tuesday, October 30 at 6:30 PM Tampa, FL RSVP today for my visit to Tampa to be introduced to a few of the qualities that define Dartmouth: One Dartmouth, which blends the faculty scholarship and institutional resources of a major research university with the undergraduate focus of a small college. A devotion to the full depth and breadth of the liberal arts that empowers students to bring an interdisciplinary approach to their chosen areas of academic focus. A community unlike any other: where teachers become mentors and friends, friends become family, and the town of Hanover feels like home, no matter where you’re from.
