A new dawn begins a new year and a renewed Largo IB Partners

After two years of rigorous IB studies and a month of IB testing, the Largo IB Class of 2017 collected their high school diplomas on Wednesday and became Largo HS Alumni. Congratulations! 2017 Breakfast in the Park

Our annual end of the year IB Breakfast in the Park was held April 28, 2017 at Largo Central Park. There was food, games, and even the Mayor of Largo stopped by to congratulate the senior class.

City of Largo Mayor Woody Brown congratulated the Senior Class of 2017

 and had time for a selfie!

Thank you to our parent volunteers who provided food and who worked the event. We couldn't do this without your help and support. Next year we are hoping to kick off the year with this event!

Freshman 2017-2018 Candlelight Ceremony

The Largo IB class of 2020 filled the new auditorium with over one hundred eager incoming freshman for the 2020 Largo IB class on April 13, 2017. The students participated in a candlelight ceremony, met the IB teachers, and got to know one another during the evening. IB t'shirts and hoodies were purchased and students signed up for the Fun in the Sun Summer Camp for IB incoming freshman.

• April 28th - Annual IB Breakfast in the Park will be from 7:30 - 11:30 at Largo Central Park. Please use this link http://www.perfectpotluck.com/meals.php?t=TLQF5087 to sign up to bring food. All food can be brought to the park the morning of the event at 7:00 a.m. We had a great turn out last year with food and beverages, and hope to have everyone participate again. This is a time for our students to blow off steam and have fun with their friends and teachers!
• May 1st - 19th - Senior IB Exams at Prince of Peace Church directly across the street from Largo High School. Times vary. Please make sure that students are at the church fifteen minutes prior to the start time.
• May 17th - Graduation at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg
• May 22nd - IB Senior Celebration at Largo Cultural Center. Please look for invitations in the mail by next week. The cost for parents and guests will be $25 per person. The IB Partners will be paying for students, teachers, and administrators. 
• Nominations for the board are still available. Please email us if you or your student is interested in becoming a representative for your class. We have parent openings in 11th and 12th grade and student representatives in 9th,10th, and 11th. 
• May 30th & May 31st - Incoming Freshman Fun in the Sun Boot Camp
