Largo High needs your help! We have had additional projects submitted and as a result, more judges are needed for the Largo High History Day competition. We need both on-site judges as well as remote judges for websites and papers. Please know that NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
On-Site Judging at Largo High on Friday, January 17th
7:30am - Arrival and Coffee
8:00am – Judges Training
8:30 am – 1:00pm – Interviews with students
Lunch
A few judges will be needed for after lunch for Finals (no interviews)
Off-Site judging will be the week of January 6th. Papers and websites will be sent out via email to be judged remotely.
Volunteers can help on-site, remotely, or both.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! On-site Judges will interview in pairs and will be trained on how to interview and fill out the judging form. Remote judges will be given instructions and a spreadsheet judging form.
We are also in search of donations for breakfast and lunch for our volunteers. If you can not volunteer as a judge, please consider donating towards feeding our judges for the day.
